Izabela Wesołowska–Świder

Ilona Szwedziak–Bork

Anna Zielińska, a legal advisor registered with the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisors. Anna has many years of experience dealing with dispute resolution and civil, business, and competition and EU law issues. She has been professionally active in the international community for many years and has a great deal of knowledge of variations in laws across local jurisdictions.

Before starting her own firm she worked for Gide Loyrette Nouel and Wardyński & Partners.

Anna studied at the Warsaw Europejska Wyższa Szkoła Prawa i Administracji and completed postgraduate EU studies at the College of Europe and competition law studies at King’s College London. She completed a DESS in French commercial law and EU law run at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University in collaboration with Poitiers University and a course on US law run by the Centre for American Law, Warsaw University, in collaboration with the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law.

Justyna Kulawik-Dutkowska, a legal advisor registered with the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisors. Currently, a PhD student at Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw.

Justyna has over 10 years of professional experience gained in Poland and Brussels, including working for both public (Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, European Commission and Ministry of Economy) and private sector (among others Big 4 firm Deloitte). She provides specialized legal & advisory services for administration and business, including international projects. Her expertise includes state aid law, business law, EU & international law and structural funds. Her interests also comprise Law & Economics and regulatory impact assessment (RIA).

Justyna graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. She also completed postgraduate EU studies at the College of Europe (major: European Union law) and a DESS in French and EU commercial law run at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University in collaboration with Poitiers University.

Izabela Wesołowska – Świder, attorney at law (attorney diploma with merits) registered with Lodz Bar Chamber. Currently, a PhD student at Law and Administration Faculty of University of Lodz.

Izabela is an alumnus of Law and Administration Faculty of University of Lodz. She also completed postgraduate studies of „French – Law School Research Group” (graduated by obtaining the French Law Diploma) and postgraduate studies of „French Master of Law – European Lawyer” (created by Law and Administration Faculty of University of Lodz and Law and Administration Faculty of University of Tours co-operation). In 2006 – 2007 she studied law at University of Pau, in France.

Izabela has a significant experience in personal legal advice and business legal advice in cases related to civil, trade and administrative law. Izabela focus is also real estate law (acquiring, administration, recovery).

She works with the firm since 2013.

Ilona Szwedziak – Bork, attorney at law registered with the Warsaw Bar Chamber. Currently, a PhD student at Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw.

Ilona graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration, Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. She also holds a master’s degree in Management, Warsaw School of Economics.

Ilona has an experience in comprehensive legal service provided to natural and legal persons in cases related to administrative, civil, economic as well as criminal law.

She is a member of the Center for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (CARS) at the University of Warsaw and an author of publication on competition law (i.a. as a co-author of the Commentary to the Polish act on competition and consumers protecton published by C.H. Beck).
